extra credit assignment on Hirshorn Movie

Last week a was able to stop by the Hirshorn during the evening and watch a spectacular show. This could be the coolest video I have ever seen in terms of visual effects. The clips were projected onto the outside of the building. This created almost another dimension to the clips because of the roundness of the building. Any projected movement had an amazing visual effect due to this combination of the round projection surface and the movement in the clips. I really enjoyed how i could see two projections at once because this added a unique feel to the film. Compared to the standard single projection that one sees at a movie theater. I also liked how the sound/music went along with the film as it added an extra touch to the film. Overall this was a fascinating experience and will look forward to viewing it in the future.
